Charles Sydney Wines helps customers build profitable Loire wine ranges and provide access to over 70 carefully selected producers to enable this. We provide expert guidance and hands on support, from sampling, selection and the purchasing process. To further support your buying decisions, we can arrange visits in the Loire visiting our producers.We are very experienced in new product development, we can advise on and assist you with the wine blend, packaging type, design, logistics and legislations.We even support customers by attending their tastings, pouring wine for their customers, supporting sales for our growers wines.

We only supply wines to trade customer, on an ex-cellar basis and normal minimum volume requirements are normally one full pallet – usually around 600 bottles.

Yes we supply the standard bottle size as well as magnums for some of the wines we list. Some of our producers also provide canning solutions, some also supply in half size bottles. Please speak to our team for further information.

Standard terms are payment withing 60 days of the order being shipped, however we are happy to try to negotiate a discount for upfront payment, please contact us about this on orders@charlessydneywines.comPlease note all stock remains the property of the producer until their invoice is paid in full.

The customer will receive an invoice from the wine producer who gets paid directly.

Yes we will always try to offer you the best price on wine supplied, we start at our basic ex-cellar price in our catalogue but are happy to liaise with the wine grower to get you the best price for higher volume orders.

If a product is found to be faulty, the producer should arrange a refund directly with you.If you've ordered a wine after tasting a sample bottle and simply change your mind, unfortunately a refund would not be available.However, if the wine you receive is significantly different from the sample you tasted, we'll work with the producer on your behalf to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We have a rigorous selection process for every producer we include in our portfolio. Before partnering with a winery, we visit the producer in person to inspect both their vineyards and winery, and we taste their entire range of wines.Only if they meet our strict quality standards do we invite them to become part of the Charles Sydney Wine portfolio. This ensures we can offer our customers wines that have been carefully selected for their quality and consistency.

Yes, if order volumes are sufficient, we can offer exclusive labels. We’ll work closely with both you and the producer to create a bespoke label that reflects your brand and requirements, ensuring the final product is tailored specifically for your market.

Yes, we already provide this service for many of our customers. We have extensive experience supporting businesses in this way and would be happy to work with you to meet your specific requirements.

Yes, we regularly send samples from growers for new propositions. We can also send new vintage samples for approval although many are approved during visits to the producers or at our annual portfolio tasting in January.

Yes, we host an annual Portfolio tasting event in January each year, which takes place in London. This exclusive trade-only event will feature around 250 wines from some of the finest producers in the region, we are lucky to have several join us in person on the day. Yes. We can offer exclusivity on selected wines, subject to minimum order volumes. If your requirements meet the producer's criteria, we'll work with you to secure exclusive supply for your market or business.

Absolutely. We work closely with our customers to understand their business, target market and price points, and can recommend wines that are well suited to their needs. We also provide insight into current market trends, emerging regions and grape varieties to help you build a range with strong commercial appeal for your customers.
